Stockholm

Ha, I managed to get access to the web here. Here actually is in a hotel at Stockholm airport. I am in this city for 3 nights but I - of course - have to work, meaning flying from here back to Berlin, then to Salzburg and the whole thing back AND the same thing for the next three days. It's ok, but I doubt that I can explore Stockholm, because I have to get up really early everyday and do not arrive until the afternoon. Well, we'll see. It's pretty damn cold here too. It's the 1st Advent after all. Christmas is drawing near. Once again. Oh yeah, last week I turned 30. The party didn't go as well as I had hoped for. Too bad! But I wont forget it that way. Haha, Tuz, thank you for telling me to see it that way... I also had an op on my teeth, yeah: TEETH. Should have been TOOTH, but it looks like they managed to work on the wrong one first. I have to check with the Dr.s again, they didn't tell me. efvhdlifvyoei!!!! But I had like 9 days off in a row, which was nice. It was hard to start working again, having been all cosy at our flat, but once outside I even was a little positively excited. Well, well...

Berlin

Alot happened lately and like usual I was too lazy to update...

First of all: Ich bin ein Berliner! So to say. Lei and I moved to Berlin in end of May, after a really annoying search for a flat here. Eventually we got a really, really nice and very special one by heavens intervention. The landlord said, there had been over 55 parties that had applied for it. Well, we got it! HAHA!!! *doesnt point with finger, doesn't even laugh, just thinks for herself Oh, das tut mir jetzt aber leid...* :) It's in Neukoeln, but in the nice part, as I always say, with lots of little shops, restaurants, cafes and bars around. It is pretty quiet here, well, most of the time, but when you walk a little you are in the middle of Berlin-life.

And we bought a car, called Tuze-Mobil 2. It's a 2year old silver Skoda Fabia, which is fabulous. I love it. And even Neukoeln said 'Hello' to it rightaway - someone dropped a bucket of wallcolour next to it, now it has white sprinkles of colour all over its backside...

Oh, another thing. I work for Airberlin now. The real thing I mean. The people are great and I have a lot of fun at work. But the schedule is crazy, I am so tired most of the time. Well, couldn't be perfect now, could it? By the way I applied for LTU again, it's just temporarily helping out for 6 months, for Berlin station not DUS of course. Wouldn't have done it then. HAHAHA! I need to go to BKK again. Let's see if they take me!

It's almost Nov again and my 30th birthday is approaching. Suse and Nicola want to come and I am so excited to see them again!!!!! I couldn't get my planned week off from work, but fate helped me once more. One of my teeth hurt recently and it happened that I need a small operation which I scheduled for the 18th Nov so I get my week off after all. I am just afraid it will hurt on my birthday :(

I am in BKK again and have a wonderful time here, because I have a really nice girl walking around with me. Basically we just shop, eat and smoke - so nothing special - but I enjoy it alot. We can chit chat and laugh the whole day. Yesterday I wanted to show her the sweet little cocktail bus on Sukumvit I go all the time, but guess what! It wasn't there, for the first time! All to soon we found out why: It was a day of some buddhist celebration and nobody was allowed to sell alcohol! Well, we bought lemonade and made for the amusement park at the corner and onto the rollercoaster - and screamed!!! So much fun! Hey now it's time to have dinner, mjam, and then cocktails. *prays the bus is there tonight*

Unser Star für Oslo

Hey, I was bored so I started watching 'Unser Star für Oslo' where Stefan Raab tries to find someone that will sing for Germany at the Eurovision Song Contest. First of all I am amazed about how good the contestants are. Screw all other casting shows on TV!!! I am so glad that there are actually quite a few people in our country who have talent.
Second: Nena.
It is no secret I am no big fan of hers. Never have been. It became even worse when she had her comeback and acted like a hip teenager despite her age. Today she is sitting in the jury and I can't believe how annoying she is. She as usual speaks like the personification of a sleeping pill. And what she says isn't much better. She talks and keeps talking and doesn't get to the point, any point. Stefan R. directs some sidekicks at her but everytime she fails to get them. As for the third guy on the jury: he just ignores her. The crowd partly laughs at her or openly critisizes her. Well, one can just wonder if that woman is naturally like that or did indeed take something... Sorry for being a little mean, but I can't help it...

Miami

Answering a request of my dear tuze I am once again updating from abroad. This time - big surprise - it's not from Bangkok but MIAMI. I found out I can access the www free fom the hotel and I have some freetime on my hands, although just a little. We arrived here last night and I was so tired I went straight to my bed watched some TV (Criminal Minds) gulped down a beer and fell asleep. Becouse of the time difference I woke up at half past 5am (mind you I have been to the Maledives just two days ago)and watched a biography about Tom Hanks, although I really don't like him... (Thought of you Tuz!) Then I had breakfast in the sun with my rather uninteresting crew, but fortunatly another crew arrived then, who are on a tour through south America and the US and they are great, lots of people I like, i.e. Hugh, a crazy french guy I spent a five days Maladives stop with last year. So glad... But they went to bed rather quickly, because they spent last night on a flight. So I walked down the road to Publix and bought lots of yummy stuff, mostly tea and fresh fruits, and thought about 10 minutes wether I should buy canned stir fried vegetables going by the name 'Kame' (with a sweet little pic of a turtle on the can, but eventually decided against it. I am so proud of me. But I did buy some high class cat food, for Dr. Wats' birthday is coming up. Hope he likes it... Poor cat, is at home all alone once again. He - like me - surely misses Lei alot (and the sushi fish he always brings home for him).
Although I really don't like coming to Miami tha much I have to say I have a really good feeling today and I would love to roam the city, it's aittle windy and cloudy, not too hot, but I don't have the time, because we leave at 3.15 pm to proceed to Cancun from where we fy back the day after. Not so looking forward o it. And so ... byebye

Fanfic meme

My friend lured me into this, so now it's my turn. I am not so much afraid of writing 10 different fictions, but of the one for her, I don't believe thousands of people will comment anyway...

The first TEN people to comment in this post get to request that I write a piece of fan fiction of any pairing/character of their choosing. BUT they have to post the same offer in return in their journal, no matter what their writing abilities are like. (Drawings, icons or something similar might be offered instead.)

SO go ahead, I love challenges and noone can shock me!!!

I just got back from one damn annoying tour through Germany (Berlin, Nuremberg), three days away and just two flight hours I worked. Bah! And it was freezing, lowest temperature minus 13 degrees. I was unbelievable sad the whole time because I had spent the days before in Leipzig with my dearest friends, chatting, cinema (haha, Ninja Assassin with Rain), more chatting, eating and and and. I also got to see the two girls of Suse again who seem to grow alot. So sweet!!! I cuddled a lot with them which resulted in ... tatatataaa: A cold! So now I am sitting at home on my couch and watch the thick snow falling on my backyard and balcony, burying depressing Düsseldorf in pure white. I am alone with Dr. Wats who is very touchy with me at the moment, because he was lonely too. Lei is in China at the moment, coming back on the sixth of January. I just wish I still was in Leipzig, the city of my heart... &hearts&hearts&hearts

Hey just a few words from Nuremberg while I am waiting for my room. It's half past 8 a.m. and I already flew from Berlin to here. Got up at half past three (got to bed at 1 a.m. mind you! - met with a friend for a beer in Neuköln) and am dead tired. Now I am looking forward to a warm bed and a hot shower. I wont go outside anymore today... Oh yeah, forgot to mention that I left my uniform jacket at home and therefore had to walk through the cold with just my dress and a thin cardigan. *cough cough*.

Yay, I just got my roomkey, just waiting for my collegue who wasn't so 'lucky' and has to wait some more. Can't be they leave us waiting for half an hour! At least they gave us coffee and cookies...
